My aim is to help you, using hypnosis, to achieve your goal – with respect for who you are – and to give you simple and effective tools that you can use in everyday life.
I decided to become a hypnotherapist because I believe that all aspects of life are interconnected and influence one another. A problem at work has repercussions on your private life, family relationships, love life, friendships, etc.
And, of course, vice versa.
By working with you on your professional issues, your worries or your pain, I can help you to restore a virtuous cycle that will have positive effects in the different areas of your life.
I have always been fascinated by how human beings function and by holistic therapies that link the mind, emotions and body (hypnosis, yoga, meditation, CBT, etc.).
After ten years as a marketing manager and then head of HR, I decided to dedicate myself 100% to psychology and embarked on a career change journey:
I passed a degree in psychology, became certified to teach yoga and trained as a hypnotherapist.
I run one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions (in English or French) at my practice in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
